How can you tell if your car insurance is really good? I have never had to make a claim with my insurance, but I do know that my company that I choose has a good standing record and they are very very well known. They have been around for several years and have had commercials on all the time for there insurance.
Whenever I have to get a hold of my agent, she is always very helpful to me. She makes me feel like my questions matter and if I do not understand something she will take the time to explain it to me. If I email her, she will email me back with in 24 hours unless it is a weekend. So this makes me feel better about the insurance I have. My premium is what I can afford and my agent was willing to work with me on what I all needed for insuring all my vehicles. And the best part is that since I have homeowners insurance with them, I get a discount for having my auto policy there.
